Contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the pre-paid shipping label provided by our support team.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
